About this Role:

We’re looking for a full time Video Editor/Shooter who’s passionate about creating amazing content. Whether this means diving deep into a post production edit, running a camera to capture cinematic footage, helping out in various capacities on set, or prepping gear, you’ll be expected to bring your “A” game to take ownership and accomplish the task at hand. You’ll work in a open and collaborative environment and will be expected to both add and receive constructive feedback throughout the entire production process (from concept to delivery).

What Winning Looks Like:

• Post Production from DIT to final Delivery 

• Professionally operate cameras, grip, audio, and production gear to capture amazing cinematic moments

• Control and direct lighting/grip for interviews, b-roll, and commercial setups

• Direct talent for b-roll/action footage

• Organize/Upkeep/prepare/pack gear for production shoots

• Apply additional enhancements such as building soundscapes, color correction/grading and motion graphics

• Operate DSLR/Mirrorless/360 Cameras for commercial photography/VR360

Skills Needed to Win:

• Proficiency with nonlinear editing and color grading platforms (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve)

• General proficiency with cinema cameras, on set equipment, and basic grip/audio

• Excellent written, verbal & nonverbal communication skills 

• Willingness to travel

• Personal integrity, a servant's heart, and a sense of humor is a MUST

• Bachelor's degree or proven work experience in video production, or related field preferred
