Funding Campaign for NMTF
In collaboration with Kennari Consulting and New Mexico Tech Foundation, we produced a series of videos to support a multi-million dollar fundraising campaign. This project went beyond filming—it was about capturing the spirit, innovation, and impact of a leading STEM institution.
New Mexico Tech, based in Socorro, New Mexico, is recognized as one of the top STEM schools in the United States. Its alumni have made remarkable contributions in entrepreneurship, innovation, and scientific research. The goal of this campaign was to showcase New Mexico Tech’s achievements and initiatives through seven unique videos, highlighting programs such as Endowed AI Professorships and the new Body and Mind Center.

Our Strategy
Our team implemented a detailed production plan to ensure efficiency and quality:
Pre-production Planning: Developed a schedule and shared it with all stakeholders, anticipating adjustments as needed.
Location Scouting: Conducted a full scouting session on campus to evaluate lighting, sound, and power availability for interviews and b-roll. Each space presented unique challenges, from acoustics to lighting conditions.
Two-Crew Filming Approach: Maximized productivity by deploying two crews—initially working together for the largest setups, then splitting to cover more areas simultaneously.
High-Impact Filming Locations: Captured footage in restricted areas, including rocket launch sites, the observatory atop a snow-covered mountain, and students sending senior projects to the International Space Station.
Over four days, our crews filmed 16 interviews and captured b-roll across nearly every campus building and signature area.

Supreme Schedulers
Capturing content for seven distinct videos within a limited timeframe presented a complex challenge. Each video required interviews, action footage, and campus B-roll, all while keeping the project on schedule and budget. With multiple stakeholders involved, we needed a strategy that was both structured and adaptable.

Throughout the project, we captured compelling B-roll across campus, showcasing the university’s distinctive facilities and standout programs. By streamlining the production workflow, LFX ensured maximum efficiency while consistently meeting budget and timeline constraints.
