
Marketing + Communications
About this Role:
We're on the lookout for a Marketing and Communications team player who can shake things up and help us grow in our business impact, customer experience, and unique brand positioning. We’re searching for a strategic creative disrupter who loves taking initiative and has a knack for blazing trails. What Winning Looks Like:
TIER 1 PRIORITIES- INBOUND (50%)
Write & create branded content
Build and manage a consistent digital brand presence, email, and key social channels
Establish and manage 3-5 KPIs that track our digital success
Produce and design eBooks, landing pages, blogs, and other marketing materials
TIER 2 PRIORITIES- SALES SUPPORT (30%)
Manage internal leads and follow-ups
Write & design proposals
Manage client, prospect, and employee social / networking events & workshops
Research companies and key decision makers at target clients, and support sales in outreach
Track sales & marketing KPIs
Efficient in CRM and Project Management software (we currently use Monday)
Support projects to enhance the culture and team experience
TIER 3 PRIORITIES-CLIENT WORK (20% / As needed)
Work with LFX Team to develop & manage external client marketing/campaign projects
Assist production crew on set (and also grab sweet BTS content)
How will you achieve these priorities?
Building and testing in-bound marketing techniques: email, landing pages, content, media
Source, create, and manage all brand content: photos, videos, testimonials, education, data, illustrations
Set up an email CRM and content plan for prospects and clients
Managing key social media assets: Linkedin / Insta
Hosting social and educational events/experiences
Working with our in-house creative team and/or sourcing and managing freelancers (as required)
Skills Needed to Win:
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and disciplined, leadership skills, and an innovative mindset
Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in graphic design, brand development, and visual communications
Displays personal integrity and a servant's heart that allows you to rise above your competition
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design related)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, etc.)
Proficiency in Google and/or Microsoft products (G-Suite, MS Office Suite)
Familiarity with web design and content management systems (ex: Squarespace/WordPress/Monday)
Willingness to travel on occasion
A sense of humor is a MUST
